To be honest, doubt is getting to me bad rn. I know it happens to everyone, it just feels weird. But to get past it, I've been working out more, talking to myself better and even made an altar for myself!!
Does anyone else have altars they made for themselves? Tbh it's been helping with self doubt and talking bad about myself which is amazing!
