- we are a schizoaffective/bipolar 1/mentally ill/disabled system

- we are a polyfragmented C-DID system

- we survived RAMCOA (anyone can ask us questions about it, but be mindful we won't disclose much of our trauma)

- the body is 19 + white (no we don't say slurs just cause we have "poc" alters)

- only some alters/hosts/co-hosts use this blog

We have split 4 new alters in a span of 6 hours as a result of learning about our RAMCOA programming

The flashbacks are unending. The mental and physical pain makes me want to scream. We can't sleep, can barely eat, and have to force ourselves to take our meds. It's like going through hell all over again

The dissociation is so much, we can barely tell who's who. Our main host has gone dormant, our secondary host refuses to leave the innerworld, everyone is terrified and triggered and everything is chaos

we can only imagine how frustrating it is for poc systems to say this over and over

we used to say we had "poc" alters, but we have since changed it to "alters that see/perceive themselves as poc innerworld" after a person told us it was wrong. it's not that hard to change and inform yourself

alters will never understand racism or oppression the way many poc people do, therefore it is inherently wrong to say your race changes with alters

guess who found out they're a RAMCOA system/survivor after being in intense therapy for over a year

even our therapist was appalled at the things we spoke about remembering (we've been having major flashbacks thanks to an alter that was around when everything happened)

it's still a bit hard to believe, and it's still difficult to identify all the triggers for our programming, but we're determined to make our future better than our past

I've had IRL's attack me before, saying I'm a "double" and that they don't appreciate me interacting with their things, which, fine, I don't have to interact, but you don't have to call me a "double". I'm me. I am a real person with real feelings, and you are not more "real" than me. Don't treat me like I'm lower than you because I'm an alter, I'm still me
