Grief is something we all experience in life, whether from losing a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a life change we weren’t prepared for, and it often comes in 5 stages:
Denial – The first reaction where we struggle to accept the reality of loss.
Anger – Frustration and emotional outbursts as we process the pain.
Bargaining – Trying to regain control, often with "what if" or "if only" thoughts.
Depression – Deep sadness sets in as the reality of loss fully impacts us.
Acceptance – Coming to terms with the loss and finding a way forward.
These stages aren't always linear, and everyone experiences grief differently. Each stage is a step toward healing, and it's okay to take your time.
