I find that #Paleo and #Keto can overlap so well! This was the MOST AMAZING #Cauliflower #Cream sauce I ever could imagine! Took about an hour to put together! Poached my chicken breasts in the @instantpotofficial, sautéed the #broccoli and @miraclenoodle fettuccini separately for about 10 mins each then tossed together. Next, break up the #Chicken into the #MiracleNoodles and pour this rich #DairyFree #GlutenFree #vegan #Vegetarian #Alfredo sauce over it all!
