and second!! i also wanted to ask about how you usually do the multimedia snippets :0 ? like did you write the code for everything yourself, or use templates, or etc etc. im still a very new learner to css/html, so seeing all the tweets and reddit threads and emails and etc is so so exciting ???? like Wowie wow wow its so so cool, its like looking through a glass store window at all the super cool and warm gadgets on the shelf aaaa

I mostly use templates for everything. I've got links to the six guides I've followed below, but there have been a few instances in which I've had to code the templates myself (IE: LinkedIn, Twitter QRTs & Replies).
I also technically didn't code the news articles, but I disliked how AO3 automatically formatted headers, so I played around with spacing to get it right. This is how I did it.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how old Grace is vs how many years he's experienced in TLJH, and it's been bugging me for ages. My brain ain't mathing 😥
By my math, Grace would technically be 99 if you go by Earth years. Biologically, accounting for time dilation, he would be about 65-70ish years old. I've been assuming he's 33 at launch, roughly 37 in Tau Ceti, roughly 40 at Erid, where he spends a little over a decade before the Hello probe arrives. Throw in a few more years of time dilated travel and he's *handwavy* 70ish.
