An update on my cosplay
I managed to get the leather onto the breastplate and on the bicep armor pieces, and I also got the details on the left vambrace done as well.
I am halfway done with the utility belt, which I will end up finishing (as well as the prop tools) before I paint the armor pieces.

I've been suffering in the insane heatwave this week but I finally have all the wings finished! Adding the LEDs is going to be a pain but we're nearly done.
Hey y'all, I've been hard at work this past month working on a gender swap Tech cosplay.
I managed to get the hard part done today (building and sizing), so now all I have to do is get the detailing and painting done.

3/6 complete! I never thought id have an mlp cosplay in 2027 (since the goal is next May) but here we are 😂
Hehehe my tubing thorn test actually worked really well! The hot glue the thorn is made of doesn't actually stick to the tubing that well, so after it cooled I popped it off and reattached it with some e6000 and let it cure for like 8 hours and now it's on there real good.
Now to just get some green oxygen tubing and brown hot glue and experiment with port dressing designs!

I have to fix a bunch of fit issues bc the pattern was one size and doesn't fit several of my measurements, and I don't love the length and placement of where I added the ruffle, but I have a base to try alterations on!
