Frequently Asked Questions
Fill five squares horizontally, vertically, diagonally, or 4 corners + free space. If youâre feeling extra ambitious, you can go for a blackout, which means all squares on the card are filled!
2. Does the free space need a fill?Â
Yes, the free space does need a fill if you are going for a bingo on a row that crosses through it, but the prompt is completely open for whatever your little heart desires!Â
3. Can we use a square for a new chapter of an existing fic?
Yes! The square can only go towards the new chapter, though, and not retroactively be applied to parts of the fic you have already posted.
4. Can we collaborate/have a co-author?
Yes, absolutely! The fill requirements are the same, however each person may use one prompt from their cards. So, essentially, two prompts for the fill.Â
5. Do we win anything if we get a bingo?
Just the satisfaction of a job well done! You are amaze amaze amaze!
6. Are square swaps allowed?Â
Yes, square swaps will be open for one week after cards go out. You may request to swap out up to five (5) squares by filling out this form.
By filling out the sign up form here!
8. Is there an age restriction for participating?
Yes, we ask that all participants be over the age of 18.Â
9. What if my fill doesnât get reblogged to the event tumblr?
Just shoot an ask to the event blog! Fills will be reblogged within a day or two, so if you donât see it within a week, it might have just slipped through the cracks!Â
10. Can I still post my fills after the event ends?Â
Yes, sometimes multi-chapter works take a while, or sometimes real life gets in the way, and thatâs okay! Unfortunately, late posts wonât be reblogged to the event blog.Â
11. Who are the mods? And can I contact them on their personal tumblrs?
This event is run by @papermacherainbow. You are more than welcome to follow my personal, but any messages about the event should be asked to the event blog, they should all be answered within a day or two.Â
If you have any other questions that were not answered in the rules, FAQ, or schedule you can send an ask.
