Ingredients: 4 tilapia fillets. 1 lemon, sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. Place tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasonings evenly over the fish. Arrange lemon slices on top of the fillets. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
