Ingredients: 1 box of vanilla cake mix. Food coloring red, blue, green, yellow. 1 cup of buttercream frosting. 1 package of candy melts assorted colors. Rainbow sprinkles.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to make the vanilla cake mix. For each color, put some batter into a different bowl. Put a few drops of food coloring into each bowl and mix them together until the colors are bright. Follow the directions for baking the colored cake batter and let it cool all the way down. Use your hands to break up the cool cake into small pieces. As you add the buttercream frosting, mix it in until it stays together. Make little balls out of the cake mix and put them on a baking sheet. Follow the directions on the package to melt the candy melts in separate bowls in the microwave. Melt the candy melts and dip the end of each cake pop stick into them. Then, put the sticks into the cake balls. To cover each cake pop completely, dip it in the melted candy melts. Sprinkle rainbow candy on top before the candy coating hardens. Stand the cake pops up in a block of Styrofoam to let them cool and harden. You can eat your beautiful rainbow cake pops once the candy coating is set.

In a separate bowl, mix together the glaze by combining 1 cup powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Dip each doughnut into the glaze, coating it evenly. Food coloring assorted colors. Sprinkles and decorative toppings. 2 cups powdered sugar. 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. On a different bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until they are light and fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract and beat until everything is well mixed. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until the dough comes together. Split the dough into several pieces, and use different food coloring to color each one. Each color of dough should be wrapped in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least an hour. Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Spread out each color of dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface. Slice the cookies into spring-themed shapes and put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper on the bottom. For 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. For a few minutes, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Sugar powder, milk or cream, and vanilla extract should be mixed together in a bowl to make the frosting. Use different colors and patterns of frosting to decorate the cookies after they have cooled. To make the cookies look better, add sprinkles and other decorative toppings. Before you serve or store the cake, let the frosting set.

Instructions: In serving glasses, layer crumbled accidental cake at the bottom. Add a spoonful of vanilla yogurt on top of the cake layer. Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt. Sprinkle granola over the berries layer. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Repeat the process for each serving glass. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional berries and mint if desired.
