tell me to fuck off if you want but on the subject of healing ppl healing people, I realized I could not help people how I wanted to unless I started healing awhile back.

So I started researching trauma and started ReParenting myself and it truly does spiral outward. I helped my little sibling get her PTSD under control, I lost people who hated the idea I wasn't a pushover anymore, watching my healing made others decide they wanted to try therapy, one of my friends (in her words) "learned to grow a spine", I started teaching children and have been told so many times that I am "not even a real adult" because I'm thoughtful and listen to what they have to say. I could go on.

Just like hurt can often cause more hurt, healing encourages others to heal and grow. It's genuinely beautiful.
