Title is self explanatory - lyrics in italics and highlighted and my comments off to the side

I'm not your girl anymore / I'm not that tween that you drove here for - Bill was most likely imagining young Alice when he went to rescue her, not willing to accept that she wasn't his little girl anymore

I'm not your girl anymore / I overtook her body with an infectious spore - This line is said by pokey and not Alice, as he was the one who overtook her body with the infection

You left me out of your sight for one second / And look what happens, nightmare time - Bill is shown to be a bit of a helicopter parent in the show, and this line is playing on his fears by insinuating that the reason Alice died was because he let her go out on her own

It's worse than you could imagine / Not sex and not drugs / Just alien invading minds - This line is important to another in the second verse; see below

No more family vacays together / 'Cause your only daughter's under the weather - Alice and Bill rarely got to spend time together because of their custody agreement, and now that she was infected they wouldn't be able to spend any time together

And if you actually paid attention to me / You'd see I'm not your seed - Bill still thinks that Alice is in there somewhere, but if he looked past his blind love for her he would see she has completely changed since Pokey took over her body

I'm not your angsty teen - Bill got after Alice for acting out and disobeying his rules, but now he wishes he could have that back - at least he would have a daughter

No matter what you believe / The apple's fallen far from the tree - Bill wants to believe the Alice in front of him is really his daughter, but it's not

It's not my fault anymore / No more curfews to be late for / It's not my fault anymore / No more being worried and waiting by the door - Alice most likely blamed herself for her parents' divorce, thinking that her acting out played a part in the collapse of their relationship

Did you know that I wanted to live with you? / But when you needed to fight, you gave her that too - Alice wanted to stay with her dad after the divorce, but he probably thought a custody battle would be too stressful for her and chose to give his ex-wife almost all of the time with Alice, making her resent her dad for "abandoning her", even thogh he was just trying to do what was best for her

Did you know mom let Deb sleep over? / And you're right about Deb — she's a hardcore stoner - This connects to the lyric in the first verse where Alice says his worst fears were that Alice was having sex and doing drugs - this line is confirming his fears; Deb sleeping over most likely means that they were sexually active, and Deb being a stoner meant Alice was more likely to try drugs as well

And if you wonder what led your daughter astray / Well, daddy wasn't here to stay - Pretty self explanatory, she is saying the reason she did all of these dangerous things was because he wasn't there to guide her

Not your seed / I'm not your perfect teen / I'm fucking seventeen / At least I was before you left me - This implies that Alice was 17 when her parents split up, and that was the last time her dad truly knew her before he "left"

Why does it hurt to love you? / Why am I in pain? / Why does it hurt to know you? / You'll let me down again - Alice loves her dad so much that it hurts, especially because she almost never gets to see him - he let her down by not getting there in time to rescue her from the infected crowd of students

If I turned my insides out, would you even know that I was there? / Why does it hurt to love you? / Why does it hurt to love? - Bill doesn't know much about Alice's thoughts and feelings, both because they rarely see each other and because she tends to shut him out - she's worried that if she showed him the real her he wouldn't recognize her at all

I'm not your seed / Now maybe you'll listen to me - Bill sometimes took Alice for granted while she was alive and they didn't communicate very well - she thinks that he will take her words more seriously now that he might never see her again

Or do you let me bleed? / Now your daughter's not a girl no more - This could not only mean that she isn't a little girl and has grown up, but that the infection has changed her to something inhuman

I'm not at all your seed / Cause I'm not your girl anymore - She ends the song emphasizing that Bill has lost his daughter, that she is forever gone, enhancing his pain
