Is there anything more nauseating than ‘expensive heterosexual wedding’ culture?

My dream wedding: outside, illegal fireworks, shoes are optional, mostly potluck, someone’s dressed as a wizard, I get to insult my relatives, hopefully some live music.

when a customer service person asks you to fill out one of the hell surveys and of course you’re gonna give her 10/10 on all the ratings so help her out but it’s asking things like “do you feel [giant faceless company] cares about you as a person” and you’re whiteknuckling through like. do it for Jennifer 

we’re getting into BOOKS again, kids. we’re out here reading BOOKS. it doesn’t matter if it’s YA lit or elementary school readers or “”great classic”” novels or comic books or even creative non-fiction. we’re reading BOOKS and we’re having FUN with it.
