basically just a mess

Well, I'm 24 now, and it's been quite a while since I've had any goals that I felt were attainable.

First of all, I got married! I didn't know a healthy love like this could exist. I've never been happier. No more putting up fronts to not hurt someone's feelings.

We are in my hometown taking care of my dad and little brother. Dad got a divorce and is having some health and financial issues, so we are all working together to form a foundation for our futures.

My husband and I will be moving back to Oregon late this fall/early winter with our cats Hero and Tobi. Once there, I will continue my job at Petsmart, and start going to school to become a pharmacy tech.

We finally have a vehicle again and it's all paid off and ours!

He has a good job delivering car parts/working in an auto parts warehouse.

Im managing my mental illnesses REALLY well, and when I'm not, my man is very supportive. He cares so much and knows exactly what I need (even if i can't figure it out myself.)

We are looking into houses that will become available for rent in Oregon, and I'm getting so excited to have our own home!

Basically, I've become a better person, we both have. I wasn't always a healthy person, but I've put in the work, and it has paid off. I'm happy with where our life is heading. We both hate being in Arizona, but we are still trying to enjoy it. I have a future with someone that really loves me, and doesn't abuse me or take advantage of me.

Anyway, there's all the sappy stuff that's been going on.

This year has proven to be one hell of an adventure

1) I survived a suicide attempt

2) I got a job that i love. Working with animals all day is heaven.

3) I moved out of my sister's and in with my boyfriend's aunt and uncle.

4) My boyfriend's aunt helped me so much through a really rough time. Im so grateful she welcomed me into her home and into her life.

5) I finally had enough money saved up to move into an apartment.

6) My roommate is a creep. Bad. He is the biggest perv I've ever met and he sexually haresses me frequently. He recently sexually assaulted me, but if i speak up I will get kicked out. So for now Im living with someone I hate.

7) my boyfriend moved in with me. I love living with him. When we were living with his family we really bonded.

8) I fell in love with him there. It feels so nice to truly be in love. I tried dating since my divorce...none of them were ever "right." Now I'm in live with a guy that "wasn't really my type," and I've been with a man who adores me for almost a year. How lucky is that. I didn't believe i could ever love like this again. In fact...I love him more than anyone. Even more than "Her."

9)I'm stable on meds and happy with how my moods are.

10) I have gained weight and it is driving me nuts, but I'm trying to work on it. I've made little progress.

11) Hero lost 3/4's of a pound!!!! She is no longer borderline diabetic. My baby is getting better.

12) Hero is happy. She loves JP and loves my roommate's cat, Ponyo.
