A hearty and flavorful dish featuring juicy pan-seared chicken breasts served alongside crispy baked potatoes and tender beans.
Ingredients: 2 big chicken breasts. 4 large potatoes. 1 can of beans. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Make sure to wash and scrub the potatoes well. Make wedges out of them. Wash and drain the beans. Add a lot of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, and parsley to the chicken breasts. In a big pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. The chicken breasts should be added to the pan once the oil is hot. Cook each side for 5 to 6 minutes until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked. Put the potato wedges on a baking sheet while the chicken is cooking. Put some olive oil on top and salt and pepper on top of that. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and crispy. Add the beans to the baking sheet with the potatoes and toss to mix in the last 10 minutes of baking. Bring it back to the oven and bake for one more minute. When the chicken is done, take it out of the pan and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it into pieces. Put the baked potatoes and beans next to the pan-seared chicken. Have fun!
