While I was driving today Send the Pain Below by Chevelle came on and it made me think of your recent fics. Not in any precise way, but that's just immediately where my brain went. This is a good thing 💜

so I didn't know the song and just went to give it a listen and this is such a a gorgeous compliment omg!!!! The detached and sometimes regretful but ever present self-nihilism of it all! It's so innate (or it maybe it wasn't and WOULDN'T have been....and then our sweet aaron turned 8, of course.) The ever present hum of it! There's no getting away from the sound of the brain that hates you (and there IS but it haunts and haunts and haunts! Presses on bruises. Looks for weak spots! It's an ever present battle!)

Love u lots, thank you soooo much for reading my musings and coming to chew on them with me 🥹 it's been so fun to mull over and fine tune aarons voice and play with what's happening between him and robert a little bit 🤍
