Chas says to him as they sit down with coffees in hand.... You can't honestly think this has got anything to do with Serena.

Aaron says... But it's weird though. And there's all that money for Frankie.

Chas says... Yeah, which was really generous.

Aaron says... A bit too generous.

Chas tells him... Please don't get worked up by this.

Aaron says... But why not? Stuff is happening, and she's in the middle of it. And I can't even get Robert to listen to me.

Chas suggests... Right, well, how's about we keep our eyes on? You and me. But nothing crazy, OK?

Aaron says... No. It's enough. I need to stop her.

Chas tells him... You can't go wading in accusing her. love. If she's up to summat then we'll figure it out and we'll sort it. But together, OK?

"And," Aaron says, smiling widely now, "we're already married." "What?!" comes a shriek from the doorway, as Chas is wheeled in by an orderly. Her arm is in a sling, and she looks tired and pissed, and Aaron swears under his breath. He takes in a breath like he's about to say something, when a doctor comes in behind Chas and reads off a tablet, "Alright then, Mr… Aaron Sugden? I just have a few last notes to go over with you-" "What?!" this shriek is louder and Robert winces.

i'm so sorry belle, you gotta go! as someone who started watching emmerdale via the robron playlists and has since caught up on some of aaron's early story, i am absolutely biased in favour of chas. yes, she's a hypocrite. yes, she can be annoying. yes, she breaks my heart. yes, she should get to kiss women.
