We’re Meant to be Together

Most of her complaints were Kev related yesterday and she is still asking me if I've heard any "secrets" about when he's leaving 😂.

As soon as I arrived she started telling me how Kev is ruining the show for her. Even though she mutes most of his scenes she can't bear seeing him in every scene involved in everyone's business. And she absolutely hated the way he just let himself into the farm and the grabbed Robert. She said you could see how uncomfortable it made Robert and how Kev touching him makes his skin crawl but no one mentions it and it's never addressed. If he'd done that to a woman there would be complaints. She also mentioned the bit when he called Nicola dirty and said "he's the one that needs a good wash, looks like he's been dunked in a deep fat fryer"!. She likes Nicola and Robert and Aaron so unfortunately she is having to unmute their scenes with Kev.

Her pals in the community have asked her to ask me if Graham has left again as it's been a few episodes without him, I said no we are just getting a few episodes break from him, unfortunately he's not leaving anytime soon. Nan said that won't go down well with her pals!.

She thinks Moira and Cain should divorce, he has no respect for her and Moira is becoming a doormat to his constant moods. She can't believe any women would stay with a man that cares more about a dog than their marriage.

Serena is starting to get on her nerves a bit with her constant questioning of everyone and said they obviously didn't teach her subtly at police training college, but she still loves her hair and hopes she doesn't turn out to be a baddie. She thought she'd gone for good on Friday but I told her she's back again Monday and Nan said "how odd, this whole story is very strange and her knowing John and taking that photo with him when he was meant to be an unhinged on the run killer is just bizarre".

She's started having to reply the episode two or three times as muting all the Kev stuff is making it hard to follow what's happening because he's everywhere!

She was very worried about Robert after he was hit with the trailer but was pleased to see him doing farm work and the countryside looked glorious. She said the field where Robert was nearly crushed by the trailer would make a lovely spot for him and Aaron to have a picnic!

Out of interest as her and the community are GA I asked her if she thought Robert and Aaron lacked affection and she said " I've not really noticed, but if I had as much stress as those two have I probably wouldn't have been all over your grandad either, hopefully they will be allowed to be happy again soon and then they can go for that picnic".

I'm taking her to the safari park next week and she's really looking forward to that, they have a baby rhino and she can't wait to see it! I will report back next week after our trip.

John’s mother (Barbara) had a fling with Jack back in 1988, they met at the wedding of Jackie and Kathy as Barbara was a good friend of Kathy’s mother. Jack never knew about John and neither did his kids but John knew about them and even had their last name, Eric also knew about it for 38 years and never said a word despite living on the same village as the Sugdens for that same amount of time up until John’s mother passed away and by coincidence Victoria ended up at her funeral. Not to mention coincidently John ended up meeting Aaron in the middle of the road on their way to meet eachother at a hotel from an app who happened to have been married to his brother in the past, after years of being none existant.

Then Serena came along (who is related on Jacob’s brother’s side of the family) and they ALL knew about her. Serena and John’s mothers were close to the point John looked after her mum when she was sick and gave her mum his army pension and John even saw her around the time he went on the run in December.

Yet Robert/Vic never knew about his existence prior to only a few years ago and yet Serena did but Serena also had Robert’s phone number but didn’t know she use to be a police officer. Yet Serena never attended the funeral of John’s mother or went to John’s wedding to Aaron and John was set on letting everyone know he had no one else, no other family. Then only a few months after John’s death, Serena randomly shows up after years of not seeing any of them (but seeing John in December).
