I have had a really tough year, like a lot of people. I've been unemployed for a long time, unable to find work, and I've been hospitalised multiple times due to my mental health. I got out of my latest hospital stay yesterday.

And now I'm moving house. And I can't afford it. I'm required to hire carpet cleaners and I have to hire cleaners to do what I physically can't as that's the only way I can get my bond back to pay my new bond. I have to hire removalists. It's insane. I'm already barely surviving. I really need help.

To top it all off my PayPal got restricted because I can't use my real name online because my father has attempted to stalk me.

So I'm begging for donations. Any amount at all. Even a dollar. Anything to help me survive and get into my new place. I've been denied loans. I don't have any other options.

hello everyone

i am a proud mixed Indigenous lesbian. i struggle to announce this. i know my issues are not that big compared to what is going on globally. it’s hard to see your life as worthwhile when, in the grand scheme of things, it is insignificant. but i fear for my life.

yesterday (9/7) i found out i have cervical cancer. after months of waiting for an appointment, despite having known since something was wrong, due to the injustice that is the American healthcare system. it has completely turned my world upside down + shaken me to my core. with every breath i fear the cancer is spreading. i don’t know how long my own body has been killing itself, all i know is that i need to hurry to get the injured parts of it removed. 

my family has built itself from the ground up and is barely managing. especially with the pandemic.. which has taken a tremendous toll on the alaskan economy.. and as farmers, we lack the means to afford the medical care i’m in dire need of. i struggle with my mental health during a normal day, and this news has virtually killed any light i had left. my waking moments have felt like a nightmare. a nightmare with no foreseeable end in sight. 

if there is anyone out there who reads this, by offering your help you are saving me. whether it be by thoughtful sentiments or contributions or spreading this post wherever you can. my life is not in my hands anymore.

hey guys its aaliyah! a few days ago my land lord basically told me my female roommates aren’t comfortable sharing a room with me because I’m transgender??? they said tht me being transgender & having friends over (which wasnt detailed in the craigslist ad) is huge problem & I’m basically being given a month to leave. if you follow me on IG you know I’ve been trying to get a new job because my current one at starbucks hasnt been cutting it. they barely giving me any hours & because of that I’ve had to reduce my savings these past couple months from $400 to $100 just to get by. He introduced me to video games and anime, like many older siblings have. His laughter is contagious. And so is his sense of humor! I got my love for comedy, pranks and being mischievous from him.

He taught me how to have fun, which I needed as an uptight elementary school student. My fondest childhood memories are the summers we spent together playing pretend about Inuyasha and super smash brothers.

He is also very brave and resilient! He set off on his own super young and funded his own transition. Seeing him work so hard to be independent definitely influenced me positively. And having an older queer trans sibling helped give me the courage to explore my sexuality and meet my wife!

I can text him about anything and he was a huge support for my wife during her transition.

He means a lot to me and to so many other people.

Hi everyone, I wanted to remake and update our donation post, for those who know and dont know whats going on

basically I didnt get any UI or govt help and still dont, I cannot work during the pandemic as it might kill me or disable me further, and in late june my grandfather passed away. even before the pandemic my mental health was rocky but Im in a very dark place and I really need to get a therapist and a psych who listens and are women of color, since i dont have income i cant afford that right now but i desperately need the help to pull me out of this deep and very dark hole

my partner @honeybearbutch has been experiencing transmisogynistic, homophobic, fatphobic and ableist abuse for years, since the start of the pandemic they have been trapped with their abusers 24/7, and the level of abuse and violence as dramatically increased. In early june their parents started being more vocal and open about their far right views wrt the protests and our relationship, Xochi defended me, the protesters and aggressively detested their far right anti black views. Due to this the tension in the house has been great, and homelessness has been threatened several times by all of the adults in the house and recently as of today 08/16/20 they were threatened and then assaulted by their homo/transphobic oldest brother after being abandoned at work with no way of getting home. We many need to get them into an airbnb soon but are not sure yet mostly because of the cost, I just dont want them to experience anymore physical violence.

many of you know that we started the gofundme in early june and we are only 2/3rds away from our goal!!!, we had plans to move in together pre rona and to reside in their home state and did save a little bit for it but due to their familes abuse they genuinely fear for staying there, so we are looking for places in my home state where the cost of living is 10x more expensive. where we do NOT have a savings fat enough for even a months rent for an apt here which for a one bedroom its about 1.5K+ a month. I CANT work with the public during the pandemic and my partner is probably gonna have to stop working as to not expose me to covid so that is why we are asking for so much

Egyptian communist & LGBT activist Sarah Hegazi has taken her own life in Canada. In September 2017, the Egyptian government conducted the biggest homophobic crackdown on the LGBT community in years. Sarah, among other activists, was arrested for raising the rainbow flag at a Mashrou’ Leila’s concert in Cairo. She was tortured, sexually harassed and assaulted in prison, as well as being fired from her job. The traumatic experience continued to haunt her in Canada, where she lived in exile after being granted asylum.
