Was afraid to watch mandalorian and grogu in case there is something that "ruins" the story of my current fic (quite canon respecting so far)

I am at the point of meta writing a star wars fic where I started writing an ISB report on my OC just to have a rederence for timelines
I have been writing for my own enjoyment all week every day (to wind down and relax from writing reports and manuals all year) and may actually have the first part of this fic done before Ahsoka s2 comes out and makes it AU anyway.
Wait they delayed the Release date to 2027 so yes, it will! Maybe the whole thing, although I still have a part from midway turning point to ending I have no idea for. Could always copout for a timeskip. Or just end this fic the midway, write a second fic altogether focusing on characters not present in the first one (plot bunny: lesbian adventures of Ahdoka and Sabine and what's the name of the discount lana beniko) and then 3rd fic that ties them both together for a neat ending.
But this one in full is already part of a trilogy. The previous 2 parts also only half written. Should atleast get couple chapters out the previous fic to introduce the OCs better. I am taking this way too seriously. It's fanfic. There are no rules. Nothing matters nobody gaf.
