I love Buzz, Woody, and Jessie's relationship. The three of them make such a great team too. Woody is the leader, makes decisions and tries to be the level headed adult. It's even funnier because in every movie the other toys have moments where they doubt him or question him, but in the end they always side with Woody and it's clear he means a lot to them. When it comes down to it, they trust him.

Buzz meanwhile is pretty protective of both Woody and Jessie. He's always looking out for them and usually when there is trouble the two of them run to Buzz a lot. They trust Buzz to look out for them and protect them, which is very important especially because Woody tends to act without thinking all the way through his actions (typically trying to save another toy and getting into a bad spot for it).

Jessie meanwhile is the real level headed one. While Woody and Buzz are overthinking things, she's actually getting things done. She cares about both of them very much and trusts them completely, even putting herself into her greatest fears to protect or rescue them.

Because when she says she loves Rhys and Jack says they understand that, she starts yelling that they don’t. They are alone and don’t know what it’s like to love another so they don’t know how she feels. And it’s annoying because she is always on them for never trying to learn about others, but she either doesn’t know anything about them, or has just intentionally blocked out things about them.

Because Ianto literally almost got them all killed because he was in love with Lisa and wasn’t willing to loose her. She knows this. She helped shoot Lisa. She’s met a person who Jack cared about so much that even though Jack wanted the guy gone and out of his life, even though the guy had killed Jack, Jack couldn’t kill him. She had watched Owen loose himself so much over Diane that he was suicidal and even willing to kill Jack.

And that’s what she does know. She doesn’t know about Katie and how what happened to her basically destroyed Owen. About Tosh or anything.

First still laughing about the five minute song about hoping everyone will remember how they all stood together to show that peace was possible between Heaven and Hell only to have all the Overlords look at each other and go ‘so we all agree this never happened and to never discuss it again’.

But some actual thoughts now. I find it interesting that all the Overlords accepted an invitation to Vox’s party except Rosie and Zestiel. Zestiel didn’t like Vox and what Vox was trying to do, and he was very disappointed in Carmella for going along with it. He was pretty much waiting for her to make the right choice. Rosie on the other hand pretty much ‘noped’ out of the whole thing until Alister messed up her plans.

And I already commented on this before, but I still can’t fully understand the hierarchy in Hell. Because absolutely no one respects or cares about Lucifer or Charlie. In fact it seemed most were more loyal to Lilith. It sort of makes sense because Lucifer doesn’t like anything about Hell. He hates the sinners and has pulled back from all his responsibilities. On the other hand we learn Lilith started the rebellion that Sara agreed to the exterminations over 7/8 years ago, then promptly vanished up to Heaven for some deal with Adam. Which is exactly when Rosie ordered Alister to disappear for seven years. What exactly he was doing for those seven years though is still up in the air.

But it’s not just the royal family that the citizens of Hell don’t respect. It’s hit or miss. The Goetia are next, and for the most part we see most respect them whenever they appear. Then we get the Seven Sins. And this is hit or miss. Satan and Mammon appear to be feared by most. Then we have Asmodeus and Beezlebub that no one fears or respects much. And maybe it could be because they interact with the general public so much more directly than the rest, but we literally got imps calling them on the throne and threatening to take over their businesses so there is that.

Then there are Overlords and they are almost more feared than the sins. Zestiel in particular terrifies everyone who encounters him. Even Alister shows concern in his presence. And the Overlords have no problem publicly stating they don’t care about Lucifer or Charlie. They also have actual followings, supporters, and followers who would form fighting forces for them if asked. That’s something we hadn’t seen from the others.

Like very few characters seem to give any fucks that Charlie is the Princess of Hell, and since there doesn’t seem to be any repercussions for being disrespectful to her or even outright attacking her, it seems like a meaningless title. But people are super respectful to the Goetic Demons in a way we never see towards Charlie or even Lucifer? And we see demons are terrified of Overloards, but they have no problem just talking back to or cussing out some of the Sins. Like the only Sin the demons seem to show any respect for is Satan?
