I been thinking about if 1B had their own villains I could see if we used Flect and Nine as Anti-Tomura and AFO. Both AFO and Flect have worldwide reach and Nine is pretty Tomura but more caring to his teammates.

I mean I think one of the most normal answers on how AFO gets all these resources is obviously due to him being pretty much immortal meaning he’s been around to make many deals with his quirks or just stell
