Originally, the card was supposed to be that the Duellist who plays ir just carries a handheld mirror on hand, and attempt to re-direct sunlight to shine into the opponents face/eyes.
But due to the fact that MOST Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments are indoors...
...We've had to retroactively ban the card in "Professional" Tourney because people started bringing disassembled Ford F150 high-beams into the arena...
