Since I'm not poly myself it's not something I usually think about when it comes to shipping, but I actually don't mind it!

It can be cute with the right people, though with Sanpu I struggle to think of that type of relationship being sustainable for them long term.

I think both Sanji & Pudding would struggle with jealousy. Mostly because it relates to their own insecurities concerning their families and not being enough. Part of the reason I think they work so well together is because both are able to give the level of assurance and attention they need in order to feel secure. Adding a polycule to the mix would require extra assurance. They definitely have to be each other's primary partners & put up enough boundaries that their relationship still feels solid imo.

I can also only see it being for them short term. They would get to a point where they want to leave and be mostly monogamous, partly because I can only see them being this way with some of the other strawhats & only for as long as they sail with them. The strawhats being their exception to most things becuase they love them & can trust them so deeply.

I understand how triggering the topic of incest is, but because all these people are immediately getting defensive and angry at it being in the show at all, they're completely missing the very purposeful framing Lestat employs when telling the audience his story.

I've seen many people accuse the show not only of romanticizing the incestuous plot thread between Lestat and Gabriella, but even go so far as to accuse Lestat as being a willing + enthusiastic party in all of this, even though it's clear his mother has BEEN inappropriate with him since he was a young child.
