I feel like outsiders to the Bionicle series really need to meet the films on the level you were expected to meet them at, which is understanding that these all come with a few years worth of lore and worldbuilding at minimum and are only one part of a multimedia story. I also think comparing the visuals to the highest prestige animated films to them when it comes to the visuals is wildly unfair

Arifureta is probably the single most blatant wish fulfillment show for edgy adolescents that I've ever seen.

Also, the CGI for the monsters is just laughably atrocious, just the worst.

The show is bad (as someone who enjoyed it). What makes up for that in my opinion is that the cringe is intentional. (The author's screen name is "Chuuni Lover") And this gives the entire story a more honest feeling than others of it's kind

I don't think it's unreasonable for our public officials to be expected to prove they're alive and not in a coma to be able to retain their office.
If someone were, as a random example, say hospitalized for over two weeks with no explanation, I think that should automatically trigger a special election to replace them.
If you're still able to do your job, then prove it. And if you're not, then you're actively obstructing democracy by not stepping down.
Which is to say, that if a public official were to pass away or into a coma, and their handlers choose to obfuscate that fact, this should be seen as intentionally obstructing democracy.
And there should be, you know, consequences for the people who would do such a thing.

The thing is you can have a grassy lawn or even a golf course without it being an ecological disaster, you just have to a: be cool about having the occasional non-grass plant in the mix and b: be willing to live in a climate that supports grass without irrigation.

I always thought that golf as a sport should be adapted to the local native landscape. I think this will encourage regional pride when local golfers completely trounce visitors at Swamp Golf, Desert Golf, Forest Golf, etc. Rich tourists will be pressured to travel extensively to experience all forms of golf, instead of staying in their backyard country club golf courses. Internet discourse will probably somehow get worse but I think this is a small price to pay.
