Ingredients: 1 cup natural peanut butter. 1/2 cup coconut oil. 2-3 tablespoons powdered erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of a small baking dish. Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil together in a bowl that can go in the microwave until the mixture is smooth. The powdered erythritol should be mixed in well. Put the mix into the baking dish that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour, or until it sets. Cut it into squares and serve after it's set.
