The above is an absurdist art project where in 2022, tiktok user sunday.nobody spent a large amount of time, money, and effort to build a sarcophagus for a bag of "flaming hot Cheetos" a common variety of spicy, cheese-flavored snack food common in the early twenty-first century. The process was filmed and posted as part of the art project.

Entombing common snack goods is not a common activity. The art (and joke) comes from the juxtaposition between the effort and the contents. If it were normal, it would not have attracted so much attention at the time of its creation. Part of the joke comes from the idea that people 10000 years from now (when the capsule is instructed to be opened) will believe it to be a sacred item contained within.

It is not a sacred item. That is the core of the joke. The specificity of being "flaming hot Cheetos" adds to the humor.
