Little Tachihara + Caregiver Teruko

⚡︎ First up is age range of course! I think Tachihara would have an age range of 1-5! He’s a pretty quiet little guy, even when he’s feeling old enough that he’s perfectly capable of talking, he just doesn’t feel the need to much. Tends to seem younger than he’s actually feeling a lot? But also he’s really polite and his general body language seems older… It all sort of meets in the middle at whatever age feels right to him! He’s good at communicating that kind of stuff, holding up fingers is easy

⚡︎ Finally I get a chance to talk about caregiver Teruko! My time has come! Ough using her ability on little Tachi so that his body matches what he’s feeling… I LOVE HER. One of the first things she’ll do once he’s regressed is ask him what age he’s feeling so she can physically regress him! Sometimes she’ll also drop his physical age to try and trigger his regression, it’s easier that way to pick him up and coddle him, plus he gets to feel tiny!

⚡︎ Relating to the last headcanons. This had absolutely been an issue before where on missions Teruko needs to make him appear younger and he ends up regressing. They’ve decided that he’s not allowed to be reduced much younger than 8 on missions, if they need someone to play the baby role another one of the Hunting Dogs can be forced into it! Teruko is always more than happy to pretend that not so sweet 2 year old Jouno is her son

⚡︎ Teruko likes to drag Tachihara into schemes! The kind of Mama to play a prank on someone with little Tachihara in her arms then when she gets blamed she accuses Tachihara. Tachihara is just sitting there completely bamboozled by this. He gets a little pouty but he’ll take the blame for Mama Teruko, no one can seriously punish him for Teruko’s crimes though, he gets off the hook pretty easily! Teruko is beyond proud of herself and her genius schemes. She’ll also usually get Tachi a treat in thanks for helping her!

⚡︎ Teruko loves giving Tachihara makeovers! Tachihara doesn’t mind them, he thinks the brushes tickle and he always giggles at his appearance at the end and Teruko takes that as good enough! Tachihara really likes the makeup where you do it over stickers then take the stickers off? So it leaves the outline behind? Ough he loves that… He thinks it’s the coolest ever. Teruko will recruit Tachihara to help her convince the other Hunting Dog members to give in to makeovers as well! It’s not always very successful, but they can usually get Tecchou at the very least! Tachihara’s puppy dog eyes are a powerful weapon…

⚡︎ Sometimes when Tachihara is regressed extra tiny he isn’t able to talk, he still tries to communicate? But he’s not too good at it- Teruko will do the over exaggerated guessing game! Where she guesses like 10 different things before eventually getting it right, even if she figures it out before then, by the end of it Tachihara is laughing so hard he can barely even tell her when she gets it right. He’d just rolling around on the floor in a giggling mess

⚡︎ Tachihara definitely struggles to accept gifts. Teruko meanwhile absolutely showers him in presents! She buys him so much little gear and he’ll get all flustered trying to say that he doesn’t need this stuff. Teruko’s go to method is to point out how happy she’d be to see him use the stuff that she bought him! He’ll still feel bad about it, but that way he’ll at least use the stuff! If he keeps trying to object Teruko pretends she can’t make out what he’s saying, like it’s all just nonsensical baby babbles! She doesn’t tolerate anything less than the best for her little one

⚡︎ Nicknames! Teruko definitely calls Tachihara “Puppy” because. Hunting Dogs. They’re dogs. And he’s tiny. A tiny dog. So he’s a puppy! She’s also fond of using “Tachi”, that’s a good one for coaxing him into regressing especially. She also likes using really sweet nicknames like “Baby”! Veeery big on babying the little guy. Ry specified Mama Teruko so obviously Tachi calls her “Mama”! I think he’d also call her “Teru” and “Ruru” though depending on his age and how well he can talk

I’ve been feeling so drained recently it’s so annoying. Like yes Asher! You need to do productive things! You can’t just lay in bed all day writing about fictional characters acting like babies! Life is cruel ૮(˶╥︿╥)ა
