Penguin: 8/10. Gentleman to a fault, but he would also make some less than stellar comments about certain women that he deems undesirable
Two-Face: 5/10. Nothing against women specifically, in fact he loves his wife. but the coin doesn't care about gender
Scarecrow: 9.5/10. Southern charm and raised by an older southern woman? yeah no. he knows what chivalry is
Mad Hatter: 2/10. i think the city of gotham would be safer if all blonde women were granted restraining orders against jervis tetch
Riddler: depends on the interpretation. more refined riddlers ie codotverse or arkham asylum? solid 7/10. reevesverse, TLH, or any other incel riddler media? the bar is in hell and you brought a shovel edward. 1/10.
Bane: 6/10. Chivalrous, but doesn't go out of his way for anybody
Killer Croc: 7/10. Same reasoning as Scarecrow with the Southern charm, but to a lesser extent
