☆Jotaro's regression intensifies much more after his experiences in Egypt. Holly helps care for him at times. Jotaro often regresses to around 2 years old or younger. He has comfort items and struggles to speak and form words. When he moves out and goes through college he begins handling more of his regression on his own.
Jotaro usually keeps easy comfort items with him. As he discovers a love of marine biology in his courses, it does not take long for his gear to become fish and ocean themed. It might be his favorite subject ever, and this man craves a Blahaj. It is a Jotaro sized stuffed animal and a shark, so clearly it is the best object of all time.
As time goes on, Jotaro adjusts to college and gains more enjoyment of his passions and life. By the time of Part 6 he does not use regression as a coping mechanism much. Although it was a temporary part of his life in the long term, it was still significant. ☆
