Whats really funny about this is that compliance doesn't even save you from the physical harm. Because rape is physical harm, even if it's 'non-violent' (although I don't believe any rape can be non-violent) you still get violated. And with all the other types of crimes compliance is to avoid bodily harm, which in case of rape in inescapable if you go into freeze/fawn mode.
