Things I’ve learned on my weight loss program...

1. I have crazy energy without any jitters or afternoon crashes, and I can actually function without coffee.

B. I don’t hate all protein shakes, and they don’t all taste like chocolate cardboard.

iii. It is possible to not have IBS issues after every meal.

4) It turns out I CAN sleep all night and wake up rested. (Who knew that was possible?)

V. I am able to lose weight, and not be hungry all the time! (😯)

F. I CAN do this... and SO CAN YOU!

Oh... and did I mention all this has been discovered in my first three weeks?!

I saw this posted elsewhere, and just had to save it to share. What an amazing different way to look at stretch marks. We typically only see them as blemishes or even battle wounds, but never beautiful. I think it’s time I start thinking of them this way!
