Also i spoke to the PT and we're gonna pick up training but I explained to him that whatever we do i need to keep my upper body days and he understood
Also, not me getting compliments on my physique from people who aint been in the gym for a bit ЁЯе▓ like yessssss (my body has visibly changed so much in the past three weeks ЁЯЩМЁЯП╛)
