So been playing Ring Fit Adventure after several years of wanting to get it but not being able to afford it yet, and ngl the art style is kinda reminding me of a mix between Splatoon and Breath of the Wild. The game's vibes itself feel like a mix between Splatoon and Miitopia with the gameplay of Wii Fit all mashed together into a nice fruity smoothie ^w^
Miss Honey and Mr Hubby especially feel like Breath of the Wild npcs in design and I'm also getting the feeling all the characters that didn't get full voice acting (aka everyone who isn't Ring lol) had their voices done by either Japanese va's or Nintendo of Japan staff members
Also my GOD does this make me sweat, I honestly needed this after 5 years of depression-fueled lack of movement and working an office job (and five, almost six years of vaping that I stopped a couple weeks ago, hoping I can actually hold out this time because I do NOT want to vape again and my vape cravings are lowkey pissing me off rn)
Nice gender moments at the nutritionist /pos
When you feel intense gender envy towards all 3 of the Fake Mikes but you already look like a Pippins, you're way to short to make a believable Shadow guy, and same thing with the Zappers but at least you can built some muscles like one./lh
Monday Morning Pin Board.
Fat Liberation...?
To me this is a weird concept, because liberation screams freedom to me... In all honesty people have a good majority amount of freedom when it comes to their body. Granted I understand that laws are changing especially when it comes to women having the right to their body, and this is not what the post will be focusing on.
In my opinion you have the right to gain or lose weight, but expect consequences when you go extreme. There are pros and cons to both, and they both do have health consequences.
If you go the ana route you run the risk of so many deficiencies; whether vitamins, muscles, organs beginning to shut down, hormonal imbalance or bone loss on skeletal structure. Worse without recovery is death! If you go the obese route you run the risk of being able to have mobility, lymphedema, loss of cartilage due to weight, organs being surrounded by fat, or heart working overtime due to carrying blood to a larger body to where it enlarges the heart. These are just some of the consequences when it comes to going into the extreme, and that is not to say that being skinny is everything. (Skinny Fat) Worse without recovery is death!
Point is I don't understand what they are fat liberators are liberating from? Is it just having a fat body? They already have fat acceptance, so what is the point of this movement? Is it because you can't fit in public spaces? Clothes not being available in your size in public stores? Like I don't get it, but if it is that much of a problem then just get healthy. Note! I am saying healthy and not skinny, because at a healthy weight not only will you fell better but also be at a size that is comfortable. I am not saying stick anally to the bmi chart, because it is a tool just like the weight scale. Point is to get to a fit to a weight level that makes you feel good, and help you keep your mobility along with keeping fit.
To me this fat liberation is just another cultish bull shit for an excuse of not taking care of one self, and expecting other people in society to make changes for them. As someone who is on a health journey I don't expect people to accommodate me in a place, and will just not go there. Simple as that! It's not that serious, and taking it out on the people who are just there is just cringey. Because instead of thinking that maybe it's a you problem you have now inconvenienced other individuals who have nothing to do with your problem... Being overweight/obese is a you problem not society. You make the decision of what you put down your mouth hole, and if you are not then leave/escape the abusive piece of shit that is doing that to you! (Note *I am not referring to people who have mental or medical problems due to their medication affecting their hormones and weight)
Take accountability for your own actions and move the fuck on. Being overweight/obese is not a normalcy, but just something that is common at this moment in time. In my opinion fat acceptance and health at every size got popular due to covid, because many more people were stuck at home and on the web. Now these movements have started to slow down luckily, and good thing because currently alot of the influencers are becoming one with the earth at this moment...😬
Hope everyone has a good day and stay healthy!

Taehyung made a plan to bulk up while serving in the military, and he’s doing it. I love him no matter how he looks, but this is motivating. I’m setting a goal like that for myself now, and I’m going to do my best to accomplish it thanks to our baby bear 🏋🏻♀️
