Best case scenario itâs like grass which is basically neutral- itâs generally not going to kill you but thereâs no nutrition for humans in it, and enough will probably make you sick.

Same for the wrong kind of mushrooms, other berries, leaves and barks. Before consuming, CHECK. If you canât check, donât put it in your mouth.

Friendly reminder that the laws on supplement labeling in the US are super lax and havenât been updated since 1994. Thatâs nearly 25 years ago!
Thereâs absolutely no guarantee that what a supplement package says is inside is actually inside. Tests of products on drug store shelves in New York ordered by the attorney general showed that a huge percentage of the supplements tested did not contain what they advertised.
Similar surveys and testing have shown similar results. Herbs turned out to be grass clippings, pills were nothing but filler, and nearly everything was adulterated with something that wasnât on the label.
Worse, there were also amphetamine-like-compounds in a lot of the weight-loss, exercise and energy supplements, and toxic heavy metals all over the place.Â

Save the electronic files of your favorite online fandom works. Consider print-outs of your favorite online material. And save paper ephemera from fandom events.
Why save? Because you put the effort into a fanwork. Because you may be surprised when a fandom stays alive for years, or gets revived, or when an academic asks to cite your work. Because itâs stupidly hard to find items on Tumblr. Because, lo, in ages past, many fandom archives have risen and fallen, taking favorite fics off the âNet. Because it made you happy, makes you remember. Because you never know.

As some of you already noticed, the Cannimals are getting flagged. Actually they have been flagged nsfw way back but i never bothered to contest it. It must be all the naked animals cavorting, for shame (there was never a nipple, female presenting or otherwise). Â
Iâm setting up a backup and i do have all the comics saved. The best part of the comics are the interactions so iâm going to try and save those.Â
