Morgan Fletcher (they/them, transmasculine)

Height: 6 ft

Build: lanky, muscular, appears barrel chested from padding & structural garments

Appearance: short dark hair in a center part, pale, scarred with a healed broken nose, has a neck tattoo. Has a very faint smattering of mustache hairs due to naturally elevated testosterone from PMOS

Style: wears men's clothing in blues, brown & darker colors, usually in a state of disarray. Is often missing accessories such as ties, hats, and cufflinks, and is frequently stained with ink, grease and other substances

Personality: while incredibly sharp-minded, they often appear cheerful and friendly if somewhat absent-minded to the average person on the street, even an easy mark at times. They perpetually operate at about 10% capacity throughout the day in order to operate at 90% capacity in short bursts. They shirk uncomfortable social norms without much shame. They're highly competitive and motivated when interested though rarely jealous of others. When comfortable with close friends, they're incredibly catty but easily flustered. When collaborating with disliked allies, they're deeply engaged and incredibly stubborn. When in a leadership role, they are firm with subordinates and poor at developing talent & skills; they expect others to be as confident and capable as they are. They get bored easily and find it maddening, flitting from venture to venture, but such behavior is tempered by a knack for delegation to keep things rolling in their absence. Incredibly loyal, but only to a select few people. Excels at technical thinking, is poor at most arts but dabbles anyway, and enjoys games and sports.

Eliot Saint-Criox (he/him, cis male)

Height: 5'4"

Build: Slender and small

Appearance: Blue eyed, with short, styled blonde hair and pale skin, marked with gin blossoms. Beardless, though frequently unshaven. Was a delicate beauty in his youth,

Style: a clotheshorse in pearl gray and pink, which is frequently contrasted with his declining health

Personality: Jealous, insecure and depressive in private, though often putting on a friendly face and overly affectionate air when socializing. Nurses a mean streak that comes out with friends more than casual acquaintances or subordinates. Deeply catty and sarcastic, with a tendency to pick on other's insecurities. A competent mind, but entirely unable to value his own accomplishments. Charitable at the slightest press; he thinks little of maintaining his wealth when others have genuine need, but does not go out of his way until directly contacted. Fears abandonment greatly and feels he must compensate for his flaws constantly to earn affection. Enjoys novel, opera and performance art and considers himself to have highly developed tastes, but has little to no artistic ability or ambition of his own.

Jacob Russo (he/him, cis male)

Height: 6'3"

Age relative to Morgan: slightly younger but looks older

Build: very broad and muscular

Appearance: thickly bearded, though the rest of his hair is trimmed nearly to the scalp, with a prematurely receding hairline. Tans easily, though pale in London.

Style: light, breathable fabrics even in genuine cold. Wears simple laborer's garments as a habit, though keeps an extremely well tailored suit for appropriate events.

Personality: Intense, highly principled, and full of deep rage at the status quo, though often restrained in public. Makes friends easily and appears reasonable in a short acquaintance. Morally scrupulous to the point it causes him some difficulty, yet quick to a fight. Highly motivated and diligent, passionate about weaponry and philosophy, and willing to do the boring things required in pursuit of a worthy goal. Tender and thoughtful with those he's close to, with surprisingly refined communication skills. Very skilled at sewing though has little passion for it.

Hepsi Brewster (she/her, cis woman)

Height: 5'2"

Age relative to Morgan: about 14 years older

Build: Fat and incredibly busty

Appearance: Pale with ruddy skin, very light blonde hair in frizzy curls, and gray eyes. Round-faced and genuinely rubenesque in her youth, and still quite attractive as she approaches middle age to those who appreciate such things.

Style: dresses befitting her age and the current fashions, mostly in deep greens & chartreuse. Eveningwear leans towards scandalous, low-cut numbers bedecked with glass jewels and glim.

Personality: A confidence woman by heritage, though consciously tempered by a desire to change. She's deeply protective of those close to her, occasionally to the detriment of everyone involved. Switches easily between social codes. Very warm and inviting, reliable and generous. Deeply practical and able to make extremely difficult choices and stick to them. Forces herself to hold to certain moral codes despite being a thief and manipulator. An appreciator of finer things; the most artistic writer of the group. A genuinely excellent cook and quick to provide aid to anyone nearby who seems to need it.

Mitts (they/them, genderqueer)

Height: 5'2"

Age relative to Morgan: about 10 years younger

Build: scrawny

Appearance: freckled with long brown hair pinned up. They have a dale between their front teeth.

Style: many layers of well-worn clothing, with a base of a dress beneath many scarves & coats and a battered hat

Personality: Cheerful and evasive, with motivations that are difficult to pin down. Full of yearning and a deep hidden sadness that rarely shows. Easily hides their true feelings with humor and provocative behavior, to the point where people are surprised they have emotional depth once the act drops. Never truly recovered from the loss of identity and social support after being ousted from the Fisherkings. Passionate about cards and men they think they can fix.
