the whole narrative of "evil" or "bad" alters needs to be dismantled. whether you like it or not, whether you prefer to be addressed as individuals or not (i know that we do), whether your goal is final fusion or functional multiplicity or some other thing, alters are still parts of a whole and continuing to punch down at your "worst" alters is punching down at yourself.

until you learn to accept and work with all parts of yourself, you're never going to move anywhere.

I’m sure we’ve seen those “Build a Headmate (BAH)” blogs. The belief that you can simply create an alter because you feel like it not only mocks CDDs, but makes them seem like a choice, and takes away from the reality of the condition

Still, if *only* finding an identity could be that easy. If only you, speaking to you systems & alters, could get that kind of help building up or finding an identity …

The purpose of this blog is to take the “BAH” idea and repurpose it into something that genuinely helps CDD systems. I aim to create blogs/posts/id packs/whatever you’d like to call them that build from an alter’s identity to help find labels, names, pronouns, terms, species, etc ^_^

Unlike “BAH” blogs, we are anti-endo, anti-rq, and only believe in traumagenic systems. Tulpa “systems” we have no comment on because they are a religious belief; but we do not see them as systems and don’t believe in them being allowed in CDD system spaces.

My idea for how this works is simple.

You, alter, or confused fragment, are struggling with identity. Maybe you know you’re masc or fem, or like one neopronoun or identity aspect but cant find more or do not want to search for more. Simply submit a request including whatever current interests or parts of identity you want to expand on and we will try our best to find you names, pronouns, terms, or more! If you need help finding a role for the kind of alter you are, you can include that too. If we cannot find it, we will coin it ^p^

This is mostly self indulgent to start off, but I’d love to help anyone else who thinks they will benefit from this !!!!

I will do most things. I will NOT do ones that are meant to mimick real people (“can you make me an identity that is this streamer”) but i will do expansions of introject identities (“im an introject of this streamer. i am masc and i appear as them in headspace. can i have some names similar to their name/username and pronouns similar to x/x?”) !!!!

I will include gender of any binary or nonbinary alignment! (“I am aj introject of this person/character and I want genders that seem similar” or “i have this one masc gender but i want bigender or xenogenders relating to my interests”)

I will probably not do usernames either but ig u can ask 😛

OKAY I THINK THATS IT BAIBAI

I do not particularly think it is fair to dictate how another system handles their Littles (Or, if you dislike the usage of littles, Non-adult parts, we will be using non-adult parts). Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinions. But, at the end of the day, how a system handles and treats non-adult parts in their system is not your concern (this applies to adult parts too. Just all parts of a system in general). As long as it is healthy, and the alter is not at risk, or at harm, then it is fine. You do not get to dictate what is/isn't safe for a part in someone elses system, because you do not know them. Yes, there are some non-adult parts that may not necessarily be equipped to handle NSFW, or otherwise adult topics! But that is not all of them. Now, to be very clear, I am not not saying you cannot bring up concerns, If you have concerns, of course you should bring that up with the system! But. under no circumstances should you be saying "Your little cannont engage in NSFW topics" or other things i've seen, such as engaging in adult media. (The only example that comes to my mind on that front would be something such as Hazbin Hotel apologies). It is an incredibly situational, case by case basis on how a little should be treated, and that ought to be kept in mind more. Systems who follow the case by case basis way of handling their non-adult parts and let them explore NSFW topics, and engage in adult spaces are not predatory, or disgusting human beings for letting them explore and partake in NSFW topics and adult spaces. (Another thing I have seen around regarding littlecourse)

For us, we have some non-adult parts that cannot handle NSFW or adult content very well, and likewise, we have some non-adult parts who can handle NSFW/adult content, and deserve acess to those resources and spaces. We'll never restrict a non-adult part from accessing resources that are adult in nature if they can handle it. Even then, the ones that cannot handle it, get the concepts explained to them in a less "adult" way, because they are still vunerable, and if they were to be in front during a dangerous situation, they deserve the same tools as adult parts, so that they can ask for help and keep themselves safe. remember, sex education is important and can help protect people! And that includes the more vunerable parts in your system.
