I spent way too much time thinking about this, but: I think this is photoshopped.
This is the UIC brake description string, which explains in a code of letters and symbols what kind of brakes a railroad car has. The R in the diamond indicates that it has a special express brake; the D in the circle says disc brakes; the ep in the square with the smile underneath indicates that it has electro-pneumatic brake control via the 13- or 18 pin cable in accordance with UIC 558 (standard for Deutsche Bahn coaches, which appear a lot in Europe as DB keeps selling them off). The letters in between then indicate some more specifics. And those are off.
What would make sense is KE-GPR-Mg, with dashes, more letters and a slightly different order. That would be a brake type Knorr "Einheit" (universal), KE, with settings for Goods (G), Passenger (P) and Rapid (R) modes, with Mg for Magnetic track brake. Standard intercity car for 200 km/h.
MPREg lacks the dashes and otherwise doesn't make sense. Maybe as M-PR-Eg? That would be a soviet brake type Matrossow, unlikely for a car that also has UIC 558 DB and the extra-rapid R in a diamond. PR would mean it only has Passenger and Rapid modes, which is realistic. But then what is Eg? That would be an additional brake, like a magnetic track brake (which would be Mg). E is an electric brake, found on EMUs and the like, but Eg just means nothing.
So my money is on KE-GPR-Mg that got shortened and rearranged in Photoshop. Sorry.
