So I have a disability known as ehlers-danlos syndrome. It affects my joints and my collagen production. There are multiple different versions of it that's just the one that I have. I recently started working out with a friend of mine, Mostly because of peer pressure, but I've come to really enjoy it. He understands that there are some days where I can't do all the workouts because of my physical disability, and he supports me through those days like nobody else I've met. I recently discovered the difference between the pain of improvement and the pain of my disability.
The pain of improvement is in my muscles it's me losing my fat it's my tendons being stretched just a little more. The pain of improvement is hollow, it can be treated with medicine or a massage. The pain of my disability is deep in my bones and in the movement of my joints. The pain of disability cannot be treated with medication or a massage.
The pain of improvement is in the meat, the disability is in the bones.
