-Don’t open the door or lower the windows all the way -Ask if they have a warrant signed by a judge -They have no authority over traffic and you do not have to show ID

7: If ICE arrests or detains you:

-You have the right to immediately speak to an attorney and remain silent until then -They can’t listen to you talk to your attorney

8: Don’t fall for ICE’s ruses. They will lie and pretend to be local police, even dressing in their uniforms. Be on guard around all law enforcement. Know and exercise your rights.
