im a 28yo on a journey to feel like my best self by the time i turn 30.
i spent basically all of my 20s letting my anxiety run my life, falling into bad habits and missing out on opportunities, and i donβt want to bring that into my 30s with me. so iβm not going to!
i donβt need to have the perfect body or totally perfect mental health - i just want to be living a happier, more balanced life with the tools i need to manage the trickier days. i didnβt really make this account for accountability because iβve been working on this for a year already, but iβd love to document my progress to look back on, with mood boards, check-ins, and sharing posts that make me wanna feel better π a little shrine to building a happier me.
iβm working on eating more mindfully and intuitively, seeing exercise as something i do FOR my body and not BECAUSE of my body, meditating and journaling to help me tackle my anxiety and reduce stress, and nurturing my relationships.
iβve already made so much progress and iβm honestly so excited and proud to be doing this for myself π
