Corbeau Caregiver Headcanons for anon!
• Depending on how young you regress he’s either deeply overprotective or almost too supportive of independence
• Anything younger than thirteen? You’re baby, specifically his baby, and you’re not leaving his sight
• Teen regressors though? He’s trusting your pokemon to take care of you… though the syndicate is really obviously following you around anyway… just in case…
• We’ll focus on the little little ones for the rest of this, but just know that even if you’re older as a regressor he’s still going to sprint at the opportunity to help you if you need him
• You won’t be walking anywhere if he can help it, either carrying you himself or letting you ride on Scolipede’s back
• Someone is mean to you? Battle. Someone whispers about your regression? Battle. Someone does literally anything to make you even slightly uncomfortable? Battle. You best rest assured he’s winning every single one too.
• Speaking of battles if you want to have one against him, or any of the syndicate, while regressed he’s more than happy to allow it! If you want he’ll even let you battle using one of his pokemon! He won’t be holding back though, not unless you really need him to.
• His Pokémon adore you too of course, Scolipede especially, it wants nothing more than to keep you safe and play with you and hang out with you and-
• Sometimes he struggles to get you away to do things like go to the bathroom because of how protective and snippy the Pokémon can get over you.
• He teases that he’s trained them too well to keep you safe.
• If you’re big enough you’ll be helping him with odd jobs, as a learning experience, a lot of the time that help is just watching though.
• He wants you to learn the value of not borrowing money, so if you ask him for things he will only pay you what you need for it if you’ve done your chores. Simply put he doesn’t want you to trust loan sharpedos like him but rather your own hard work… until you give him the biggest saddest eyes you can manage and he folds like paper that is.
• If you’re too small for anything really he will keep you safely with him as he does paperwork, quietly in his arms or sleeping nearby. He doesn’t get nearly as much actual paperwork done as he’d like though, he’s too busy glancing at you every five seconds in admiration and protectiveness.
• Should anybody dare interrupt, or Arceus forbid wake you up, he will ruin them.
• Don’t ever mess with his baby.
