I don't normally do this but this is a case that's as unambiguous as it can get. @2goldensnitches's stalker is back harassing folks again and sending nsfw harassment to people at random.

If you have gotten weird fetishy messages or replies lately, this is why. To avoid being harassed, block the following blogs and report the replies/asks. You're not the main target. There might be more blogs, so turn off anon if you're concerned you might get more. Don't try to talk to these blogs, this has been happening for years, this is a known stalker, she just comes back every once in a while.

Her main tactics are completely ineffective spam tactics and image edit revenge porn, she's mostly just annoying, so report her and don't open any image she sends.

nickvilebtch (seems to be another main blog), was used to send an nsfw edit of someone's face so if you wanna dodge risks of revenge porn, avoid sharing selfies/tiktoks of you/etc publicly.

If you have better stuff to do, the tldr is: she pretends she gets harassed with "hundreds of messages" and consistently fails to show solid proof, pretends her victim is the one sending all the harassment messages although the victim also GETS them, and also seemingly admits to sending out antisemitic spam as revenge and intentions of bullying her victim until she deletes her blog, super innocent behavior. This was just me scrolling through rapidly I probably missed a bunch of stuff.

Basically don't fall for it, don't feed the troll, just block report and move on and don't get further involved.

In general, if you get an anon claiming someone is an abuser, just delete it, they're just trying to use you as a platform.

"We need to all start acting like Luigi and start taking down these oligarchs!" Okay, it's easy to talk a big game about how you're gonna start shooting billionaires when you know you'll never be held to your words, but can you talk a big game about unions. To your coworkers.

"We need to MAKE OLIGARCHS AFRAID AGAIN!" Oligarchs are not afraid of Americans starting a mass revolution. 90% of the country is WAY too comfortable to do that. You know what they are afraid of though?

I'm not saying they're useless, or that we can't use unions to move forward, but they are not equivalent to a revolutionary change or an a entire systemic change at all and are not nearly sufficient on their own. Besides, as someone else pointed out in the comments, historically unions did assassinate bosses. Like unions and violent actions are absolutely not mutually exclusive. In fact, non-violent actions in general and violent actions are not mutually exclusive. Suffragettes protested peacefully ! They also planted bombs.

As for the mass casualties, which are absolutely real and something to be conscious of and try our best to minimize, I think people also do not realize the current system and its active but dragged out collapse are causing mass casualties right now as we speak and will continue to do so for much much longer. A revolution needs to come from the people and it isn't the be all and all either, what matters comes after the revolution, it's the rebuilding. But telling people who are being crushed under an incredibly violent system that instead of considering any form of violence they need to unionize, as if they also weren't trying to and getting stopped at every corner by a system that will find any legal (or sometimes illegal) way to prevent unions, as if there weren't plenty of countries with unions that still got to the point of needing violent action to be pulled out of the current system, as if unions weren't historically violent and, in some countries, currently so lax it has caused anger and mistrust from the population, is either uninformed or just straight up disingenuous. We are dying regardless. We might as well do it for ourselves rather than to benefit someone else. I want to add a quote that I'm sure you'll have heard before but that feels particularly relevant.

If I thought a violent revolution that caused mass casualties was going to bring about a golden age of peace and socialism, then maybe I'd support it! But I don't think it's going to do that. I think it's going to cause mass casualties, mostly of poor and marginalized people, and then we're gonna get the new boss, same as the old boss. And I think that if we had the numbers to WIN a revolution, we would have the numbers to simply vote in socialist candidates and change the government that way.

(And no, I don't think that people dying under capitalism is the same as hundreds of thousands if not millions of people being killed in an active war zone, and I think the "we're dying anyway so we may as well die for something" logic is mostly present in fairly privileged Westerners who are secure in the knowledge that nobody is actually going to ask them to die for the revolution, so they're safe to posture on the internet.)

That power and wealth corrupt isn't a flaw of capitalism, it's a flaw of people. The fact that unions kowtow to the government and are bad at communicating isn't a flaw of capitalism, it's a flaw of people. The fact that every revolutionary movement eventually settles in and becomes complacent isn't a flaw of capitalism, it's a flaw of people. You're not going to rebuild a magical society where people suddenly stop being selfish and short-sighted and greedy and where the movement remains pure and focused and doesn't splinter into a hundred infighting factions because that's not how people work.

Frankly I think the only thing that stands a chance of fixing all our problems is getting people to actually engage in politics and be well-informed, well-rounded citizens who feel a civic duty to participate in a democratic government at all levels.

Which to be clear, is also a fucking pipe dream. People don't give a shit about government, they don't give a shit about looking at facts and evidence and choosing policies based on it, they want to maybe vote once every four years and then spend the rest of the time bitching about how much they hate politics. THAT'S why things are bad. THAT'S why fascism is resurging, and why Trump got elected, and why unions are so curtailed, and why billionaires are allowed to exist. Because changing those things would entail the majority of the population actually having to sacrifice time and energy to fight against them, and most people would rather passively let it happen and then bitch about it online than pick up the fight.

Are you a religious Christian for whom a Pride parade is considered "work" and therefore something you would not be able to attend were it scheduled on a Sunday? Do you attend Mass on Sunday that takes all day and therefore limits your free time on Sunday? No? So then why is it such a hassle for things to be scheduled on a Sunday? In fact, many workplaces still don't give off Saturday as a given, but they do give off Sunday. Wouldn't you want more people (Jewish or not) to be included?

Jews, whether you like it or not, were and are deeply foundational to the modern LGBTQ Pride and Rights movement. Magnus Hirschfeld was a Jew. Harvey Milk was a Jew. Brenda Howard, the literal "Mother of Pride" was a Jew. They may not have been Orthodox Jews or Shabbat-observant, but Jews of all levels of observance and religiosity deserve to be included. And Jewish religious institutions have been supportive of LGBTQ causes for decades. And even if Jews weren't part of and supporters of the community from the start, Jews are part of the community now and ought to be included, as should people of all ethnicities, races, religions, and nationalities.

But honestly? My views have changed since I made that post that earned it a screenshot and post onto reddit saying "look how crazy and entitled those Jews are". I think the Western LGBTQ movement's exclusion and hatred of Jews now goes far beyond scheduling things on Saturdays. That's just the surface level. Things are far more overt when Jewish interest groups are quite literally banned from Pride events, when Jews are regularly harassed and attacked both off-line and online, when the overwhelming message from the Western LGBTQ world is that an LGBTQ person who is also a Jew is a traitor to their own kind. And it gets worse and worse each year as more LGBTQ people trade in their own safety and welfare and future prospects to spend their time, energy, and money hating Jews. Not only is it disgustingly hateful, it's counterproductive. LGBTQ rights are being attacked and stripped away all around the Western world, but people care more about investing their energy into best excluding Jews, Jews who, LGBTQ or not, would be and are supportive of LGBTQ causes. It's deeply insidious.

My schedule isn't more important than anyone else's. I know that. You know that, and you know that you were reading my post in bad faith. Jews are not the only people who would benefit from important Pride events not being scheduled on Saturdays. People who still have to work on Saturdays would benefit too. And I know you read a tiny snippet of my post and blacked out, because in that post I also mentioned Pride events being scheduled on Jewish holidays (Shavuot often times falls out in June). I think if you are in a community with a large number of Jews who are contributing members, it's only basic decency to be considerate. I am annoyed at conventions that do that same thing, mind you. But "niche interest conventions" are not a broad, umbrella movement the way the Western LGBTQ movement is. A science fiction convention isn't part of the same movement as a WWII history airshow, for example, and they are often not run by the same kinds of people and they are often not even attended by the same kinds of people.
