I think the only person I've met in real life with 100% career satisfaction was this gal I knew who was a presenter at a children's science museum and delivered every line like she was running a WWE match. Every time you passed the room where she was giving a presentation, you'd hear something like "WHO'S READY FOR CEPHALOPODS?!?" and the kids would go absolutely nuts cheering.

alright stuff for sandwiches bought so I can still eat during the heat wave w/o killing my wallet on take out every day. now to relax for a sec then do a lil job hunting. then lunch. then a chapter of the book & notes. then a break. then a shower. then sitting on the couch and spacing out for the rest of the day bc if ch 2 is anything like ch 1 it's going to sap all of my energy and make me feel like a husk of a person. but like it's a process so don't worry. I think..... aaaaaand BREAK!

Ch 2 wasn't as heavy as the first which is great but I listened to a little bit of ch 3 and it was a DOOZY so we're gonna leave that for tomorrow lol. Job hunting didn't come up with anything either but that's okay! I sent 3 in on Friday so I dont feel that bad about it... Gonna play some video games for a bit then wash some dishes and shower and be a couch potato for the rest of the day. Not a bad Monday!

Like there is a difference between "My trauma creates impulsive urges and has changed my instinctive reactions to be irrational, I need to relearn shit." vs "I'm traumatized so I Can't Help It and you're not allowed to expect better of me"
