Received the Hellenic Tarot for my birthday. Fascinated by some of the choices they made: Demeter as the Empress, Pan as Strength, Hermes as the Fool. Not the first associations I would make, but intriguing all the same. ENFJs usually have a cohesive vision for their life, whereas ESFJs don’t. For example, my ENFJ friend has a color scheme for herself, and for her home, whereas her ESFJ mom is more eclectic and often buys things that she loves even if they don’t go together. The ENFJ is highly intuitive and immediately “knows” what is going on with other people, whereas the ESFJ speculates about those things with low Ne, or uses what they know about a person from past interactions to set expectations. The ESFJ is very talented at taking something old / known and fashioning it in a new way to make something else out of it, whereas the ENFJ rarely sees what “else” an object could be, if messed with. The ENFJ has zero respect or interest in traditions (rarely decorates for Christmas, will eat whatever on holidays and not care about them, or wind up spending Christmas painting a room) whereas the ESFJ treasures them, because they are a connection to family and to things which have bonded people together for generations. ENFJs rarely want to repeat the same experience, because having had it, they took what they wanted from it and are in search of something new instead; ESFJs love to repeat experiences, because each repeat adds a layer of meaning to their memories. ENFJs rarely reference or think about the past in favor of the future; ESFJs love to be nostalgic, “remember when…” or to peruse photos and to memorialize earlier times that were happy for them.
