Inspired by the echoes of Ambrose Bierce and the King in Yellow mythos, the album transforms Carcosa into a symbolic afterworld where the fallen, the wandering and the dispossessed gather beneath an alien sky. A work of pagan mourning, heroic melody and blackened fatalism, “Dweller of Carcosa” marks one of the most focused and epic chapters in the Drunemeton discography.
