Fred Scruggs, better known as Fredro Starr, was born on April 18, 1971. Today he turns 50. Fredro Starr is a rapper, actor and founder of the worldwide cult band Onyx. He was born and raised in the South Jamaica, Queens area. Also the cousin of Sticky Fingaz. It is with him that they now represent the Onyx group.
