Three days later I’m getting rolled into emergency surgery because my ovary had ruptured and had become infected. Yeah, gynos should always be female.

A male physician tried to pressure me into letting him put my IUD in! He was so adamant about it, and had this sick smile plastered on his face during the consultation. Eventually I just got up and left. Sick fuck. My current physician is a female, she’s very professional and does her job without associating vaginas as sexual attraction. MALES SHOULD NOT BE OBGYNS! hell, there was a recent story about a podiatrist (‘foot doctor’) whos only reason for entering the career was due to his extreme fetish for feet. It was discovered by his wife when she found thousands of photos of patents feet, stored WITH other porn, on his laptop. I think something interesting to take into account for predominately culturally christian countries is that we are predisposed by the myth of eve and her punishment of painful childbirth (for accepting knowledge…) is believing any pain women experience in life is inherent proof of some sinful behavior she must have done, even if we don’t see the evidence of the behavior. so like - rape is proof that you were sinful of being an object of lust, domestic violence is proof you were sinful of being a difficult wife, forced birth is the punishment you get for sinful sex, etc. there is no balance in scales, no “does the crime fit the punishment” because it is a cosmic order, it happens because it should.
