These Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Brownies are better for you than regular brownies. They're soft, gooey, and full of sweet potato goodness.
Ingredients: 1 cup mashed sweet potato. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a baking dish. Mix the mashed sweet potato, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl until everything is well mixed. Salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, and whole wheat flour should all be added. Mix until it's smooth. Add the dark chocolate chips and mix well. Place the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Wait until it's cool to cut it into squares.
