Hello friends,Please, I am asking for your help and support. My fundraiser is moving very slowly, and my daughter Fatoum is very sick. As you can see in the photos, she has developed a bacterial infection caused by insects and the harsh weather conditions.Her condition is getting worse every day.

We are living through the horrors of war in every possible way. Every day there are innocent children and civilians being killed. My daughter is an orphan. She lost her father in the war, and I do not want to lose her too.

Every doctor I've spoken to about it is incredibly unhelpful on the topic* and I want an actual medical as-unbiased-as-possible perspective on what the likely outcomes would be to form my arguments around, but I'm concerned about trying to find reliable medical info on the internet with the ai sloppening going on, so any help on where to look for it would be great if you wouldn't mind

*Literally all of them have skipped giving me any real information and just gone on about how I'm 'too young to know I want to do this' (I've had incredibly painful periods for nearly two decades now, and I've been sure that I'm childfree for about a decade and a half) and that 'it's a big choice to make for a young woman' (yes, and I've made it; also, not a woman!), and most recently 'what if your husband doesn't agree?' (not married, not planning on getting married, and if I did get married it wouldn't be to a man who wants children, because, as stated, I don't want them)

I remember running a campaign once with orcs as the main antagonists, but rather than them being inherently savage and violent and evil as a species it was because an apocalyptic event had hit their homeland causing mass drought and famine, and some corrupt orc leaders exploited this disaster to convince the orc populace that plundering and destroying other kingdoms was a necessity and the orcs were desperate enough to go along with it. They're not a destructive horde out of malice or cruelty, they're literally on the verge of starvation while being goaded on by superiors convincing them that they have to wage wars to survive.
