Train for a marathon. Commit to cooking every recipe from a cookbook. Pick up a big ol classic. Go on a vacation by yourself. Whatever calls to you, just get living.

You need some change. You need some distraction. Go prove something to yourself, that you can do something tough. And while you're focused on that, you'll find that doing the toughest thing (getting over this horrendous, completely unfair thing that happened to you) will come a little easier.
